The Consultation Process

1. Garden Visit
I begin by touring your garden alongside you. This initial step allows me to observe your space in its authentic state and start developing a holistic view.

2. Discussion with You
We will explore your garden’s current condition, what aspects you appreciate, the obstacles you encounter, and the transformations you desire. This is also the moment to address any horticultural issues, such as pests, diseases, or troublesome areas.

3. Observation & Photography
I take meticulous notes and photographs to document the layout, health of the plants, and the overall ambiance of your garden.

4. Basics Assessment
Testing the soil, water, and pH can unveil underlying problems that may hinder plant growth. Grasping these factors lays the groundwork for fostering a healthy environment.

5. Plant & Growth Evaluation
I evaluate the current plants regarding their health, growth patterns, and their positioning in relation to sunlight and shade. This assessment helps determine what is thriving and what may require additional attention or relocation.

6. Maintenance Review
We will examine your garden’s maintenance practices, including watering, fertilizing, pruning, and weeding, to identify effective strategies and areas needing enhancement.

7. Edibles & Kitchen Garden
If you grow vegetables, herbs, or fruits, we will closely evaluate their health, productivity, and potential. This helps to ensure that your garden not only remains aesthetically pleasing but also yields a bountiful harvest.

8. Your Aspirations & Vision
The most crucial aspect is understanding your aspirations for the garden. Whether you envision a colorful flower bed, a serene retreat, or a productive vegetable plot, your vision will guide our approach moving forward.
